Irrevocable Letter of Credit issued is our favor (draft at sight). T/T may also be applicable. In the case of a T/T payment, we normally require 50% down payment prior to any production and the balance of 50% made payable upon our presentation of shipping documents by fax or e-mail. What would be the production lead time for the order ? Normally, it would be about 30-45 days after receipt by us of your confirmed purchased order and L/C or T/T payment , and onward depending on the volume of the orders as to the number of items, quantity of each and availability of materials to be used. What is the sample delivery and cost for your product ? We usually charge US$10.00 for each item of our sample except some special sample requirement. Samples normally are delivered by EMS, DHL, UPS, Fedex and TNT within a week after request to buyer's collect account. What is the minimun order and minimum quantity ? The minimum order would be US$5,000 and a surcharge of US$200 (for sea freight shipment) and US$160 (for air freight shipment) is being imposed to cover the export processing and documentations if the order is below US$5,000. We will accept any quantity of orders; but you have to contact us for confirmation regarding the delivery date, price, payment... etc. in advance. What are your shipment conditions ? Shipment will be made punctually as the S/C described. (Usually, it would need 45 days after receipt of your L/C for 1x20' container quantity, and 60 days for 1x40' container quantity) We will notify customers by faxing the shipping advice within 3 working days after shipped on board. Rush order with urgent delivery can be discussed with us Transhipment shall be allowed. Partial Shipment will be determined according to specific circumstances. Do you accept mixed mode of payment ? Yes, we will also accept different payment mode to be mixed together, such as T/T+D/P; L/C+D/P, and L/C+T/T, etc for some possible convenience.
